]]> Ivo Stampalija is experienced systems architect specialist. During his 10 years in the IT industry he has roles in project management, software configuration management, deployment, systems analysis, systems integration, testing and optimization applying different technologies on a number of projects from various business domains.

He has extensive experience in zSeries technologies as well as other mainframe products from IBM software portfolio.

He is specialist for IBM middleware technologies such and has performed deployments, installations, configurations and HA setup of all mentioned products.

]]> Ardijana acquired diploma for coaching in London at Coach U (www.coachinc.com) programs for corporate coaching, where she graduated and post-graduate education in the field of coaching within organization. She is an active member of the ICF and associate of several international networks of trainers and consultants for organizational development. As a graduate engineer of industrial electronics, she completed postgraduate studies in business management (DSM) at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Zagreb, as well as a number of international programs for the development and improvement of management as well as personal and organizational development.

Her approach to training is based on almost 15 years of experience in managing highly motivated teams in a fast-growing corporate environments, primarily in the telecommunications and ICT industry (Marketing and Communications, organizational development, business support functions). She has specialized working with teams and middle and senior management in transition – the scope of coaching practice that she speaks at international professional conferences.

Her favorite topics are motivation, performance management, leadership (personal and organizational leadership), coaching skills for managers and trainers. With great enthusiasm Adrijana explores the dynamics of teams and promotes transformational approach to leadership.

]]> Toni Milun is a lecturer in mathematics at the University Department of Professional Studies in Zagreb. He graduated in 1999 at the Faculty of Science in Zagreb and became professor of mathematics and physics, and in 2012 he completed postgraduate specialist study of Statistical methods for economic analysis and forecasting at the Faculty of Economics. Currently he is enrolled in a doctoral program in business economics at the Faculty of Economics in Rijeka.

In his spare time, he enjoys swimming, athletics, yoga, meditation, fitness, reading books from different fields: mathematics, psychology, economics, education, etc.

In April 2011, based on the suggestion of his student Nicholas Mujdžići he launched a website www.tonimilun.com containing free video  lectures in mathematics and statistics. There are currently more than 2000 published videos on the page and due to this project he was in 2012 awarded wiht the “Croatian Pride” award.

Toni Milun believes in miracles and says to all  young people: “Do not be afraid of failure and do not run for the money. If you deal with what you really love and constantly improve yourself, then the money will run after you.”

]]> With effect from October 1, 2006 Joachim Gucker has been appointed COO for ARS. Before this, he was responsible as head of sales and marketing for the company. Before 1999 he was sales manager and the managing director’s assistant. ARS is a consulting organisation and systems integrator based in Munich, Germany, specialized in IBM Software and underpinning technologies. The company has been awarded the Premier Business Partner status for IBM software for 20 years in sequence.

Mr. Gucker joined ARS with his IBM background in early 1997. His specialties have since then remained IBM software and IBM license management consulting services, i.e. training, ranging from basic to superior workshops, as well as consulting and license optimization services for for distributed platforms (Linux, UNIX and Windows) and the IBM mainframe. Joachim Gucker was born in 1971. He graduated in computer sciences and business sciences at Technical University Munich in 1996. During his studies he worked in different departments at IBM Germany.

In the IT industry since 1985, Peter comes from a delivery background and was previously Chief Architect of IBM Rational’s Worldwide Solution Delivery organization where he led many large-scale transformations in a variety of industries. ]]> Vladimir Miholjević was named best Croatian cyclist for ten years in a row. His cycling career spanned for 27 years. During that time he won the national championships in all categories and across all disciplines (cyclo-cross, road race, run on time-chronometer, Croatian Cycling Cup, hilly national championship). With excellent results he performed on 10 Giro di Italia, Vuelta 2 Espagne, 1 Tour de France. For five years in a row he was a member of the World Tour team and has appeared on more than 1,000 professional races. From 2015 he is a selector of senior cycling national team and coordinator of teams of all ages.

The last three years he’s been working on the organization of international professional race Tour of Croatia, which was first time held from 22 to 24 od april 2015. Tour of Croatia has sent the best shots of the Republic of Croatia in more than 54 countries around the world through international television transmission. The project has achieved outstanding results through media analyzes on international and national level.
