Ivan Krnić is Software Development Technical Manager and experienced project manager with strong development background. With 13+ years of experience in the field of web application development, he has come a long way from simple PHP solutions to complex JEE systems. His specialities are banking, insurance and telecom sector systems as well as portal and ECM solutions.

As project manager, he led implementation of complex banking systems focused on integration with existing bank environment and core systems. Other projects include public web and intranet implementations as well as implementation of business applications based on ECM products.

As Software Development Technical Manager he oversees R&D activities, maintains partnerships with various vendors, optimizes development process, leads developer community, supports presales activities and keeps in touch with novelties in Java, portal and ECM world. Passionate about software development, he is always in close contact with the trenches.

He is the owner of PMP certificate and Certified ScrumMaster. Being an agile enthusiast, he is an active member of agile community periodically holding courses on agile software development. Constantly striving for new ways of improving the development process, both on technological and organizational level, he continuously shares his insights on improvement within his development department.
