If you spend more time dealing with corrections than on building the systems, it is clear that something is wrong and that is time for change! Bad data quality, vague business requirements and additionally occasional error in the development stage on one project led us to a situation which demanded taking initiative and solving problems differently.

In a very short period of time, this initiative has caused a reversal in building of DWH/BI systems. By creating frameworks and product we have solved many problems and ensured accurate deliveries and quality data to forwarded to users, while bad quality data were identified and subsequently corrected.

Through this lecture we will show an innovative approach to solving project problems that we met and we will introduce the ways of ensuring the quality of data which enabled us to preform current Data Warehouse projects successfully.
