With high motivation to change the way we „run the race“, starting from mid of last year Zagrebačka banka stepped into Agile transition. Having in mind all of the reasons to change we found that Agile is a profound step in the right direction. What is embedded in the method seamed as good tool for our cultural change that would drive actions towards results.
