Workshop “Experience in the mirror” will help us, through images and words, to look for a recipe for future success in our own failures.

In a dynamic, a little bit wacky and at the same time precise and rigorously guided conversation process, we will be instructed to learn from the wisdom of experience of our organization.

You will have a chance to share stories from your own projects, to discover how others perceive and learn from your experiences and explore together what is needed to build an organization that capitalizes learning from their failure.
