Through a joint discussion at this years Open Space we will try to find the answer to the question of how to embrace failure in the work.

At conferences generally, we don’t have the opportunity to discuss with our colleagues more thoroughly about subjects that we are particularly interested in. The discussion after presentation is often too short.

Therefore, we have decided for the third time to follow the example of successful international conferences and open space for focused discussions. We invite you to join us at QED so that we can together create the agenda of talks on topics that you are personally and passionately interested and that are related in any way to the subject of failure, the courage to try something new, persistence and even if it is necessary – stubbornness. How to behave when problems appear within teams, how to react as a manager and how to communicate internally and with customers when the inevitable happens: FAILURE.

The discussion will be lead in a popular conference format Open Space (Open Space Technology), which provides an opportunity for a pleasant and fundamental group reflection on complex issues and achieving the desired results in a short period of time. The event itself is a great experience that will be long remembered as a good example of innovation and quality – we can do a lot and in a short time when we organize ourselves around issues that we are interested in!

We invite you to think about topics you would like to talk about, bring one or two, submit them for discussion and prepare to be pleasantly surprised with the exchange of knowledge, new insights, the intensity of the conversation, aha! moments and socialization!
